From a carers point of view, it takes a lot of the pressure away from me. I can say something to Alexa and she can reassure me. I can't praise it highly enough. It really was a life-saver as when my husband fell, he forgot about his phone, but was able to say "Alexa, phone June". Absolutely Brilliant.

Robert likes to go out a walk and the Alexa displays the weather which is really helpful for him. Being able to verbally say what he wants, rather than having to use a remote control which he finds difficult to use has been great. The music feature is one of the best features. The drop in feature is also important to us. If I am concerned about Robert, I can drop in and I can talk to him. It draws him to Alexa so I can see him and he can manage to call me from Alexa which is his only way of contacting me for me.
