It can also be used to video call, and answers automatically, so you don't have to know what to do. People you trust are given access to update the information that's important to you.

My Home Helper helps my mum keep track of what is happening each day. eg any events coming up such as birthdays, visits from family and when her carers come. She especially likes seeing family photos which can be downloaded from my iPad. The control panel is on my Ipad and I can adjust the messages and update them remotely as required. Because it’s a passive device she does not have to do anything. I like the Vsee function which allows me to have video calls with her. This was a life saver during the pandemic when I couldn’t travel to see her, but still we use it as she likes to see me in between visits.
